Mehmet Topuz captained Fenerbahçe as Vitor Pereira's men defeated Romanian club Voluntari 2-1 thanks to two goals from Senegalese international striker Moussa Sow.
Sadly however Fenerbahçe's young defender Hasan Cinemre suffered a broken nose during the match.
The match was the first for Vitor Pereira as new Fenerbahçe manager and was played behind closed doors and was untelevized too.
