Topal's contract expires in 2016 and according to Ajansspor five English clubs including Tottenham, Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool and Everton are all hoping to sign him.
The English clubs, according to the report, will be hoping to sign Topal for a reduced fee with only one year left on his contract but it is believed that Fenerbahçe president Aziz Yildirim won't be listening to any offer regarding the Turkish international.
The 29-year old joined Fenerbahçe in 2012 from Valencia for €4.5 million but has since developed into a complete defensive midfielder considered by many as one of Fenerbahçe's and Turkey's best footballers.
