According to the Turkish newspaper AmkSpor, Qatari club Umm Salal are interested in signing the Nigerian international forward.
Umm Salal are preparing a €15 million offer for the 28-year-old who fell out of favor with coach Ismail Kartal after poor performances this season.
Um Salal are managed by Turkish coach Bülent Uygun and they also have former Fenerbahçe player Tuncay Sanli in their squad.
Fenerbahce who reportedly rejected a €10 million offer from Tottenham in January are expected to allow Emenike to leave in the Summer.
