Trabzonspor filed another case against Fenerbahce at UEFA which might result in another ban for Fenerbahce from Europe...
Trabzonspor announced in an official statement on their website saying they have filed another case against Fenerbahce at UEFA.
The case states that Fenerbahce were banned for two years from European competition based on three matches that were allegedly fixed during the 2010-11 season however two "fixed" matches were not included as reasons for the bans.
The Eskisehirspor - Fenerbahce and Eskisehirspor - Trabzonspor matches which were allegedly fixed were not included as reasons of the ban according to Trabzonspor who have asked UEFA to penalize Fenerbahce even more.
Trabzonspor argues that the ban was given to Fenerbahce in regards to the matches against IBB, Ankaragucu and Sivasspor while the investigation with Eskisehirspor was only finalized last year and was not included in the ban.
Trabzonspor adds that since the Eskisehirspor matches, where Fenerbahce allegedly payed $300,000 as a bribe to win the match were not included as reasons in the original UEFA ban Fenerbahce should be penalized again.
According to the statement, UEFA have informed Trabzonspor they will look into the matter and follow the necessary steps in the investigation.
