The 20-year old Ukrainian striker joined Fenerbahce's reserve team on a trial and scored two goals in a recent match and according to reports circulating in the Turkish media, Fenerbahce have agreed with the player on a transfer.
No details about the finances of the transfer have been released and the club is yet to officially comment on the story.
Artem represented Ukraine at international level playing for the U-16, U-17, U-18 and U-19 team for which he still plays for. He has a total of 10 senior caps with Metalist Kharkiv's team in the Ukrainian league.
