The Sun and Mirror among others are claiming that Manchester United's star striker Robin van Persie rejected a 220,000 GBP per week offer from Fenerbahce.
The 31-year old Dutch international forward had an injury-plagued campaign this season however according to the Sun, he is willing to stay with the Red Devils for one more season as he aims to win the Premier League title under the management of fellow Dutchman Louis van Gaal.
Van Persie joined United from Premier league club Arsenal in 2012 for 24 million pounds and spearheaded their 2012-13 campaign leading them to a 20th league title in Sir Alex Ferguson's final season at Old Trafford.
