The Yellow Canaries got over their surprise loss to Kayserispor at home in the first match of the Turkish cup group stage with a 1-3 win over Bayburtspor.
Webo opened the scoring in the second minute from an Alper Potuk assist. Bayburt won a penalty after a challenge from Egemen Korkmaz that was saved by Fenerbahce's goalie Fehmi Mert Gunok.
Webo then doubled the lead in the 37th minute with a shot from outside the penalty box only for Bayburtspor's Kazim to score from the penalty spot to end the first half at 1-2.
The second half's only goal was through a rocket shot by Mehmet Topuz who was assisted by the mediocre Diego Ribas.
Fenerbahce now move to first in their group ahead of Kayserispor (tied at 3 points, +1 for Fenerbahce on goal difference) who still have a match to play (vs 3rd placed Altinordu).
