Turkish media outlets claim that the Qatari outfit that is managed by Turkish coach Bulent Uygun offered Fenerbahçe €14 million for the Nigerian international.
It is believed that Emenike wants to stay at Fenerbahçe however the club is hoping to sell the 28-year old after last season's disappointing form.
Umm Salal also boasts former Fenerbahçe captain Tuncay Sanli in their squad.
