According to the Portuguese press, due of transfer restrictions given towards Besiktas by UEFA, Fenerbahce might start negotiations with the Ghanian player over a possible transfer.
Opare was loaned to Besiktas with no fee and has an option to be bought at the end of loan. Currently there is no official statement either from Porto, Besiktas or Fenerbahce about following rumor.
