Fenerbahçe is the first Turkish team to receive this certificate this season that ultimately clears the team to participate in European competitions in the 2015-16 season amid fears that a number of Turkish clubs will be banned from participating in Europe due to financial Fairplay regulations.
Galatsaray, Beşiktaş, Bursaspor and Trabzonspor all face the possibility of a ban from Europan competitions over unpaid wages and taxes.
