The 25-year old Turkish international, who was chosen as UEFA's best player of Turkey for the 2013-14 season, signed a new 2-year contract with Fenerbahce.
Caner Erkin, whose contract ended last month was rumored to be on his way to England or Italy but ultimately the left-back, who can also operate as a more attacking wing-back or left winger chose to stay with Fenerbahce instead.
Caner's new contract details (wages and match bonuses) are yet to be announced.
