We got confirmation from UEFA's press officer that "Fenerbahce are excluded for two seasons from European competitions" and that UEFA secretary Mr. Gianni Infantino said in his press conference on the 26th of March that Fenerbahce will: "serve the two year ban from Europe (2013-14 and 2014-15) and no other action (relegation or stripping of title) will take place".
This means that Fenerbahce will in fact keep the 2010-11 league title but will also be excluded from next season's European competition.
