Sources close to Fenerbahçe Global can confirm that Fenerbahçe offered Everton €7 million for Belgian international winger Kebin Mirallas.

The 27-year old winger/striker is open for a move to Fenerbahçe and the club hopes to finalize the deal this week.

Fenerbahçe will only sell striker Moussa Sow to Sunderland if they reach an agreement with Mirallas.
