Fenerbahçe fans can take a deep breath as it was revealed that a Twitter "troll" impersonated European super agent Mardo Kirdemir who denied the signing of Boateng to Fenerbahçe.
The news came out of a Twitter fake account that has now been deleted.

Kirdemir, the agent of top European players and coaches and agent of former Fenerbahçe players Guiza, Webo and Roberto Carlos announced that Fenerbahçe agreed on a deal with the 28 year old Ghanian international.
This will come as a blow to Galatasaray who have been in talks with Boateng since the Spring but stumbled over his wages.
The club is yet to announce anything regarding the former Schalke midfielder/forward.
