The 28-year old joined Fenerbahçe from Atletico Paranaense having previously impressed while playing for Bursaspor on loan scoring 22 goals and assisting 7 in just 34 matches this past season.
Fernandao arrived with his family in Istanbul two days ago and passed his medical this past morning and joined the team's first training session of the season at the Can Barth Training facilities in Samandira, Istanbul.
Fernandao will be unveiled in an official ceremony and press conference once all his medical tests are finished.
