The 47-year old coach who led Porto to two league titles and Olmypiacos to the double this past season signed a two-year context with the Yellow Canaries.
During the press conference Periera said: "I believe in work; I don't believe in chances and luck. I'll do my best first, the chances will follow automatically.
We will play offensive football and when we're defending we will play hard. The fans can expect this from us."
