The 24-year old passed his medical today in the Medical Park hospital in Antalya, where Fenerbahçe will hold their summer camp.
A statement on Fenerbahce.org read: "Fenerbahçe has completed the signing of Şener Özbayraklı who last played for Bursaspor last season. Şener will sign a 4-year contact tomorrow (Wednesday) at 14:00 (Turkish timing).".
The contract details have not been disclosed yet.
