Ismail Kartal had the following conversation with the media after Monday's (04th May) training session with the club:
" After this whoever makes mistakes would be out of title race. It won't be us. Our opponents will have problems, because after 70th minutes their performance goes down. We, on the other side, can perform for 90 or even 120 minutes. Our condition is strong. This is our strongest advantage. Diego is a great example of this. He didnt play for some weeks, his morale was low but he came out against Balikesirspor and covered the biggest distance at game (11.6 km). In this league everyone can reduce their performance during the game, but its not the case for us; we raise our's.
The first half against Balikesirspor had mistakes, but we were able to stay in the game for 90 minutes while they had fallen.
There are many players who are capable of playing at different positions in our squad. Sow, Kuyt, Kadlec, Caner are among many players like that. I have many wildcard players in my hand. We have many stars who are technical and can do good passes. But we have a difficulty at doing that at poor condition grounds. We lost some games like that. Away games left this season are Sivasspor, Mersin Idman Yurdu and Basaksehirspor. Those fields are in good conditions. It's an advantage for us."
