Aziz Yildirim, who was present at the game in Sivas decided to have a serious talk with the players at half-time while the team was losing 2:1. According to HaberTurk reporter Feridun Nigdelioglu, Yildirim used the following words to address the players:

Yildirim continued his talk with a direct message to Emmanuel Emenike: "I protected you as much as I protected my own children. Why are you so stressed? You are walking around the field and your mind is somewhere else. How can you play so badly? Look at how Sivas are fighting".
Aziz Yildirim continued with talking to the whole team and the captain: "You are in control of everything. You are in control of becoming champions. Win all the remaining games. If you want dont become champions, but you don't have the right to move like that around the field. Do your job, fight. The ones who don't fight should not come to the training facilities again. In each second there are around 20 million fans supporting you. Close your eyes for a short while and think about it. Get this win to 20 million fans. Our opponents will also lose points but we should look at what we are doing and fight"
The match concluded with a 3:2 scoreline that helped Fenerbahce to end the 30th week at the 2nd place with 66 points. Galatasaray are leading league with 67 points while Besiktas are 3rd with 65 points.
