The Turkish champions scored two goals in two minutes through Diego 44' (Topuz assist) and Sow 45' (Webo assist) however a goal from Welliton in the 72 meant that Fenerbahce's captain Volkan Demirel didn't get a clean sheet on his return from suspension.
Fenerbahce now prepare for Sunday's title deciding match with Galatasaray that will take place on the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium with the second leg of the quarterfinals against Mersin IY to be played on the 7th of April.
