Besiktas defeated Fenerbahce 1-0 in the opening match of the night thanks to a goal from Ismail Koybasi and then the Yellow Canaries fell again after a 2-0 loss on the hands of Chelsea thanks to goals from Diego Costa and Branislav Ivanovic.
In the final match of the mini tournament Besiktas defeated Chelsea 1-0 thanks to a goal from defender Ersan Adem Gulum.
After two wins out of two matches (45 minutes each) Besiktas were named champions of the mini tournament that will see all its proceeds go to the victims of the Soma mining disaster that took place earlier this year in Turkey.
