The home team took the lead early in the 4th minute through Bruno Mezenga and only ten minutes later they doubled their lead thanks to a goal from Kerim Zengin.
Later in the second half midfielder Mehmet Topal gave Fener some hope in winning the match when he scored a goal in the 53rd minute however, Akhisar, who are currently 9th in the league with 44 points sealed the win in the 69th minute thanks to another goal from Bruno Mezenga.
Fenerbahce will next face Karabukspor in the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium next week.
