The 22-year old player who joined Antalyaspor in 2011 is on Fenerbahce's radar and a transfer might be agreed on even before the transfer window opens, per Eurosport.com.
According to the report, Fenerbahce and Antalyaspor are yet to agree on a transfer fee for Emrah Başsan who will be able to join Fenerbahce on a Bosman transfer if Antalyaspor were to get relegated.
Başsan joined Antalyaspor in 2011 from Pendikspor and scored 6 goals in 71 appearances for the "scorpions" and he also scored two goals in 14 appearances for the Turkish U-21 national team.
